It’s likely that some discovered SaaS applications don’t require further attention. To refine the apps list, you can hide these apps from view and unhide them in the future, if required. 

Once an app is hidden it will no longer be included in dashboard elements or in the default view of **SaaS Discovery > Apps** . 

Hiding an App 

- Navigate to SaaS Discovery > Apps
- Find the app(s) that you want to hide, for example by filtering on tags that indicate applications you've classified as safe
- Click the Hide symbol to the right of the app:

The app will be removed from the default view:

Unhiding an App 

- Navigate to SaaS Discovery > Apps
- Select Hidden from the data grid view dropdown at the top left:

Select the Show (unhide) symbol to the right of the app:
